Yes, to track your orders and enjoy a seamless shopping experience, you need an active account on TRC to shop and purchase our amazing products.
Tracking your order is simple! Visit the account section and click on “Track My Order” or select “Track Your Order” from the header menu.
You can find your order ID in your registered email at the top.
Returning a product is a careful process for our representatives, as it involves multiple checks, including damage, packaging, misplacement, or mishandling by the customer.
To return your product (only within 48 hours), visit the account section, go to "Orders," select the order you wish to return, and provide a valid reason.
Note: After 48 hours, any delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility as per TRC's policy.
